About Khrystal Davis

Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor

Owner of NIA Counseling and Emotional Wellness

Hi, I’m Khrystal Davis a therapist, and relationship coach with a passion for helping people heal the wounds that keep love and connection feeling out of reach.

I began my career working with adolescents who had experienced deep trauma, teaching them how to find safety in their own bodies and voices. Later, I worked with veterans navigating the invisible scars of combat, grief, and loss. Those early years taught me something profound: trauma doesn’t just stay in the past. It threads itself into how we love, trust, and relate to ourselves and to others.

Today, I specialize in guiding individuals and couples who are ready to understand their trauma-informed history and how it shows up in their relationships. Whether it’s patterns that keep repeating in love, conflicts that never seem to resolve, or difficulty trusting even the people closest to you, my work helps uncover the why and creates a path toward repair, intimacy, and wholeness.

My approach blends clinical expertise with compassion. I believe healing is not about fixing what’s “broken,” but about restoring what’s sacred: your ability to feel safe, to connect deeply, and to create relationships that feel nourishing instead of draining.

Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and deeply empathetic. My goal is always to create a space where you feel both safe and challenged — where you can soften, breathe, and finally stop carrying it all alone.

Because at the heart of my work is the belief: you deserve to feel safe, sacred, seen and whole.
